Relex Maintenance Plans are an outstanding add-on value to your Relex software purchase. Maintenance Plans make staying up-to-date with the latest software releases hassle-free, ensure that you have priority access to technical support resources at all times, and provide access to our wide variety of training offerings. Relex offers two Maintenance Plans to select from: Relex Gold and Relex Silver.
The Relex Silver Plan includes automatic software upgrades for every Relex product release. When a new software version is released, you automatically are the first to receive the upgrade free of charge. The Relex Silver Plan also provides access to our knowledgeable, highly praised Customer Service team on a priority basis. You have unlimited phone support, as well as e-mail and Web-based support through our Web site.
The Relex Gold Plan includes all the benefits of the Relex Silver Plan, but offers significant advantages to guarantee that you have the training you need, where and when you need it. Relex’s interactive, hands-on training offerings, including Relex University Online, our Web-based personal RETAIN sessions, and our instructor-led training courses are a powerful combination which provides Relex users worldwide with unmatched training and support. Our training and support curriculum, available only with the Gold Plan, are provided through our Professional Services group which includes a knowledgeable team of Application Engineers and certified Relex trainers. This team provides learning experiences on all the features and capabilities of your Relex software, as well as on reliability theory, best practices, and process improvement techniques.
Your initial Relex software purchase includes a Relex Silver Maintenance Plan that is active for 90 days after your purchase date. Automatic Software Upgrades
Automatic software upgrades give you the peace of mind that you will always have the most up-to-date version of the Relex software available. We are continually updating and expanding Relex Reliability Studio to provide you with the most powerful, flexible, and user-friendly tools in the industry. The modifications we implement come from customer feedback and suggestions, recommendations made by our technical staff, and changes within the reliability industry.
As soon as software releases occur, you will be the first to receive them. Product software updates and supporting PDF documentation are made available for download on the Customer Central area of our Web site.

Unlimited Access to Relex University Online
Relex University Online offers a full suite of online training curriculum for your Relex software. Our online training curriculum is adapted from our instructor-led training classes. The online training courses are designed to fully cover the usage, features and functions of your Relex modules in a self-paced environment. You are welcome to access any number of online training classes as many times as you would like. The courses provide a combination of theory, software demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. You may also visit Relex University Online at any time and view just a portion of a particular class if you desire. Relex University Online is continually updated to include new courses and new course materials.

Monthly Software Updates
Each month, Relex posts a software update with feature additions and minor fixes to all our software packages. The monthly software update is available via download through the Customer Central area of our Web site. Additionally, your software package can be enabled to update and install the monthly updates automatically as they become available.

Monthly Parts Libraries Updates
The Relex Components team expands our parts libraries on a continual basis. Information is gathered on new parts through direct contact with major parts manufacturers, Internet research, and other means. Each month approximately 1,000 parts are added to the parts libraries, and 20,000 more parts are added to the libraries quarterly! A quick download and update will guarantee that you have access to the most comprehensive set of parts libraries available in the industry!
The monthly Parts Libraries updates are available via download through the Customer Central area of our Web site. Additionally, you may request that specific part types or components be added to Parts Libraries when on an active Maintenance Plan.

Unlimited Priority Support via Our Customer Service Hotline
Relex’s rapid-response Customer Service team will answer any questions you have regarding your Relex package. Relex’s Customer Service team is adept at handling customer questions, and is a highly trained, deeply knowledgeable group that consistently achieves outstanding marks in customer service and support across the board. RETAIN courses give you a "front row seat" to a whole new method of software service and support - providing live product support and help right at your own desk! RETAIN sessions are scheduled on an as-needed basis and can be scheduled by contacting training@relex.com.

The Customer Central area of the Relex Web site offers a wealth of resources which are available 24/7. Customer Central includes:

Discounts on Regional Instructor-Led Training Classes
Regional Training Classes are offered throughout the year at a variety of locations. You will receive a 15% discount off the tuition fees for all public Relex regional training classes when on an active Gold Maintenance Plan.
