Proven methodology. Relex Human Factors Risk Analysis is based on a HF-PFMEA (Human Factors Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) approach. HF-PFMEAs can be used to assess human safety and human reliability by analyzing human processes or tasks and are a proven approach to reducing the frequency and severity of human error.

Risk analytics. Analysis begins with definition of process steps and the possible errors which could occur. The analyst must then determine the effects of those errors, as well as the associated severity and likelihood. Providing a framework for this analysis, Relex Human Factors Risk Analysis computes a Risk Assessment Code (RAC), or risk score, for each error. By color-coding the RAC results, instant feedback is provided to identify problem areas so that risk reduction techniques can then be effectively employed.
